Conversion rates, retention patterns, organic growth, and customer behavior reveal more than hype ever could. We evaluate each opportunity through a lens of early traction and scalability, ensuring that every deal is backed by data.
What We Look For
The Details
Stage: Pre-seed
We invest early, when traction is real but the opportunity is still wide open.
Check Size: $1,000–$5,000 minimum check size per deal
Each deal will outline the specifics. Most will be accessible, some may be fast-moving.
Cadence: A few deals per year
We value quality over volume. You’ll only see opportunities we would back with our own capital.
Structure: Deal-by-deal syndicate
You opt in to each opportunity. No fund commitment, no pressure, just smart capital allocation.
Platform: Sydecar
All investments are processed securely through Sydecar, a trusted platform for modern syndicates and SPVs.
Access: Accredited investors only
